This is really great info Todd. You hit the nail on the head when you said that it's all about your intention (making it important). Once we have that intention, we have no choice but to remember their names.

Like you, this is a difficult one for me too. Even when I am intentional, I still forget about 20% of the people's names. I think it is old age!

As usual, great stuff ! I can say as my age progesses, my memory has been a bit more challenged, not that 50 is old but….these tips were really helpful. I find when I am less distracted and focus on eye contact etc that really does help. Thanks again ! Vicki
