I smiled and nodded or said "hi" to people in the store, every one of them responded to me with a smile of their own, except one lady who must have been having her own hard time. To test it, when I went into the next store, I didn't smile or look at anyone with any friendliness. Nobody smiled or anything, except one older man who was being the positive energy person! Wow!
